CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - We stand behind our product and offer a 7-Day WARRANTY on all items. If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your item please contact us within 7 days to troubleshoot your issue and/or for a RMA#. Please refer to the RMA section below for all procedures. RETURNS RMA - A return merchandise authorization # (RMA #) will be issued for ALL returns. Please do not send back any items w/o a RMA#. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once the item is received, A technician will verify if defective. Please allow 72 hours (longer during Holiday seasons) for this process. Once verified as defective a replacement of the SAME item will be issued free of cost to customer. If item is returned free of defect and in working condition, customer is then responsible to have item shipped back to them. If you do not want to pay to have item shipped back to you, a store-credit (valid for 60 days) of 50% of purchase price will be issued. ALL returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving a RMA# and must be in original packaging with any and all accessories included with return. If item is not shipped back to us within 7 days the RMA# is rendered null and void unless customer has contacted us for approval. BUYER’S REMORSE – If you have purchased an item that has NOT been opened and would like to return it, you may do so for a full refund minus shipping costs. If you purchased an item that included FREE shipping, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for shipping costs. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON OPENED ITEMS THAT ARE NO LONGER DESIRED. *Please make sure to read the listing carefully and research the item prior to purchase. RETURNED ITEM – In the event an item you have purchased is returned to us for any of the following reasons: (e.g. refused, undeliverable, incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.) an $11.00 charge will be assessed for re-routing of package. The buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs. Customer has 60 days to contact us to complete transaction (e.g. re-ship item). After 60 days the option of re-shipment is no longer available and refund cannot and will no longer be granted.
